White: 

Chardonnay with small percentage of Sauvignon Blanc.

Only 10% of the wine was oak aged, so this is also a quite pure expression of Chardonnay. Aromas of yellow fruit (apples, pears, maybe a little bit of tropical fruit). There's also minerality (think sea salt) from the proximity to the ocean and soil in the area. Smooth, clean, finish with a balanced acidity.

Red: 

Merlot 100%

It has ripe red fruit aromas and subtle hints of bay leaf, rosemary, other "balsamic" herbs. Not heavy on the oak. It's a very elegant and pure Merlot, uncorrupted by excessive winemaking, or oak aging. It's soft and clean on the palate with lingering cherry and plum flavors
